Hello and TGIF! It’s kinda crazy that we are about to hit August tomorrow! Can you believe it? The summer has just FLEW by!
I’m so excited because I’m about to start a new workout program on Monday. I always love these couple of days prior to starting. It’s like starting with a clean slate, hanging up my workout schedule, signing up people to join me! I can’t wait to begin!!
The program that I’ll be doing is called #mbf (Muscle Burns Fat) and it’s a 3-week, 7-day a week program. Each workout will be 20-30 minutes long. Once I complete #mbf, there is an advanced program called #mbfa, which will be an additional 3 weeks.
My husband and both of my daughters will be doing this program as well! Woo hoo, go fam!!
We’ll also be following the Ultimate Portion Fix program again. I’ve done this program in the past, as well as my husband, and whenever we follow it, we get really great results. I love that the program keeps me on track with not only portion sizes, but it also makes sure that I get the right balance of protein, veggies, fruits, carbs, and healthy fats. There are just too many days when I either don’t get enough protein, or I eat way too many carbs (EAT ALL THE BREAD AND POTATOES!!) I’ve also had cravings lately for fish, which as a long-time vegetarian/vegan is a horrible feeling to have, so I’m trying to pay more attention to how well my diet is balanced. I believe that this program will help!
